Notes from class April 18
- If you introduce an writer you are quoting you don't need to put their name in ( ) at the end of the quote
- Use opposing values to argue different sides
1. We want our kids to watch Disney movies to learn valuable lessons
2. But not all theses messages are good
3. Children don't really pay attention to lessons, they just want to watch something
4. Children Subconsciously learn lessons from Disney movies
( this idea goes full circle 1-2-3-4-1)
Meet with Dr. Kopp & Olivia Thursday April 26 @ 2pm

Send out new draft the night before meeting
Notes from class April 30- from classmates
- Your prompts at the bottom of the "findings page look promising
-Put more of "you" into it
-Maybe you could talk about potential hypothetical lesson plans that are a reaction against "ready made" learning
-Maybe you could write a shorter, simpler version (that would be a companion piece) where your audience would be a child
- "The last thing that a good writer *teacher must do in order to gain a good reputation ..." (change writer to teacher)
- What advantages (structural/hyper textual) of the internet might you include- links videos, pictures... etc? seems like a research paper on a website.
